Bio

As a digital analytics professional I draw on many areas of expertise, including * web analytics and online marketing technology, * business analytics processes and techniques, * data analytics tools such as Tableau, Excel, and SAS, * analytics education development and delivery, and, * software development, performance engineering and capacity planning. My dissertation research focused on user acceptance of websites. The theoretical framework for my research combined theories and models of technology acceptance and polychronicity. To investigate, I applied tools from social networking analysis and web analytics, which became the catalyst to form my business. I've had a teaching "addiction" for several decades, and I don't expect to be cured any time soon! I enjoy serving as adjunct professor for mid-career professionals at the undergraduate and graduate level, both online and in the classroom. My teaching/training history includes affilications with the University of British Columbia, the University of Maryland, Strayer University, and Montgomery College.
