Analysis Overview: The goal of this analysis is to identify a segment of visitors that are important to you and then use session replay tools to "view" their sessions and identify common themes that may be stopping visitors from achieving the goals you desire on your website or mobile application. Analysis Benefits: Allows you to minimize your analysis scope to only those sessions where your criteria are met Provides a context from which you can learn how visitors engage with your website/app Provides numerous opportunities to test new pages or flows to see if conversion can be improved Analysis Recipe: If you don't have one already, implement a session replay tool (i.e. Decibel Insight, Clicktale, etc...)
