Many websites use cross-sell areas to try and get visitors to add additional products to their shopping cart. These cross-sell items may be shown due an algorithm or as part of an A/B testing tool rule. Regardless of the method used to identify potential cross-sell items, web analysts are often tasked with seeing whether cross-sell is working and if so, which products it works for most often.
