I recently volunteered to write a blog post for the DAA’s Women in Analytics Group to talk about what it is like to work as a woman in our industry. Rather than simply share my perspective, I’d like to include the experiences of any other women who are willing to share their experiences too. I think it can be quite powerful to say “this is what I see, hear, feel” etc and this is my personal experience.
I’ve built out a basic survey to collect responses- it's just 4 questions, and all responses are completely confidential. If you have a few moments this week, I'd like to collect responses by COB Friday, Dec 16th.
