• Analyzed 400,000 web orders for second largest specialty gift retailer in U.S. Revealed, after fact, that SEO and social media-fueled traffic growth hid $821,000 in lost orders worth 17% annual revenue. Built real-time warning program.
• Analyzed 1.1 million customer transactions for nation’s second largest medical clothing retailer. While revenue across catalog channel dropped by 4%, identified “big spender” segment that spent 16% more per order than rest of channel. Developed strategy to target this segment to offset the decline in revenue.
