One of DAA’s most successful initiatives in the past 18 months has been the ongoing development of the Women in Analytics program.

This exclusive member-only program, combines resources, quarterly calls, Thought Leader Conversations, and a mentoring program – all designed to support gender equality in the digital analytics profession. The DAA WiA community is open to ALL members, and provides education, advocacy, and influence in order to increase understanding and activate resolution of issues facing women in analytics.

This year alone, we have had two Thought Leader Conversations brought to you by WiA with executive coach Karen Davis and member Sue Duris, a WiA webinar sponsored by Blast Analytics & Marketing, four new blog posts, and quarterly member calls to share resources and have real conversations. Now the WiA community is over 400 members strong!
