Persuasion - How to get buy-in in a world only interested in reporting

Good morning,

In a few hours, I will leave sunny Bratislava in Slovakia, Central Europe, where I have attended yet another MeasureCamp, and fly back home to London. Upstairs, there's a soprano singer practising right now. She has been every single day I have been here. Yes, I attended MeasureCamp London last week so that's 2 weekends in a row for me. And I have my tickets for other MeasureCamps between now and early June.

I just wanted to share my presentation with you all about Persuasion and how to get buy-in. There are a lot of interesting books and blogs on the topic but I feel that some of the common approaches are best for other domains and not adapted to analytics. This deck is mostly focused on the psychology of your stakeholders which I feel is not addressed enough in our circles.

Hi Christine,

Unfortunately, that was my deck for MeasureCamp Bratislava which was last weekend. I will not be attending MeasureCamp Manchester.
